Constipation

Constipation nnd costiveness may arise from various other diseases, but is usually caused by indigestion.

It is always a good plan to endeavor to administer an enema composed of equal parts of castor oil and olive oil. It may be administered with an ordinary eye dropper which can be secured from a drug store, or may be simply rubbed on the vent. Three to six drops of castor oil may be given internally once or twice daily.

Give a bread and milk diet and some banana. Also mix flaxseed with the other seeds fed.
